Booking, Guidelines &                       Cancellation Policy

Since Most of OUR Licensed Professionals have schedules, we prefer you to reach out to US as soon as you have your SPECIAL date(s) in mind.  It would allow US to reach out to THERAPISTS so that they can accommodate your needs based on availability.

We do require a DEPOSIT before the day of your EVENT/MASSAGE SESSION to CONFIRM all SERVICES.  That will LOCK your DATE in place --which will also add APPOINTMENT to your THERAPIST's calendar.  ALL payments must be made in FULL at least 24 hours prior to appointments-unless APPROVED by MANAGEMENT. All payments are NON-Refundable.

***For Company Chair Events---Although appointments usually work out much smoother---please make sure all EMPLOYEES/GUESTS have their appointment locked in or we can LEAVE it OPEN as walk-in basis. If someone shows up later than their appointment time, they will receive the remaining time left in their session, to keep every appointment at a flow.

***Please Expect all therapists to ARRIVE before start time.  If there are any landmarks, gate codes, or special instructions, please let therapist know before they arrive so they will make sure they arrive in a timely manner. 

***For IN-HOME SERVICES--Please have a designated space set aside for therapist to ENTER and set up ALL equipment. 

***Please have a TWIN SHEET SET AVAILBLE for therapist to use.  If you do not have any sheets, please advise before day of your appointment.

We have a ZERO Tolerance in Inappropriate talk or touch or Sexual Misconduct and unwelcomed behaviors between Staff/Therapist and Client. Your session will END immediately if any of this OCCUR you will not be allowed to use our services again.  Therefore, all Providers have the knowledge to know how to handle themselves professionally at all times and to prevent exploitative behaviors. 

Sexual Misconduct includes but not limited to:  sexual assault, sexual harrassment, sexual relationship, inappropriate relationship, inapproprate conversation, inappropriate body contact, informal comments (your eyes are so beautiful), offering therapist to dinner, trips or date or alcohol, client refusing to be draped properly, inappropriate behavior,
